4. Listen to my higher self

5. Instill calmness around me

6. Share my light with others

Our thoughts have a great impact on us.  Our thoughts are what impact our words and actions.  When your mind is not in a good place you can be hurtful in words and deeds.  Yet often our mind gets burdened by anxiety, despair, and fear.  If you notice the circular thoughts, stop them by changing the direction of your thoughts.  Don't allow your mind to be dominated!  Focus on ways you can show mercy to others or what you can say to respond with a gentle tone.  Focus on things that please the Spirit.

I  Let Go:
I accept my life as it is, I do not judge, I do not dramatize. I let life's event come freely and welcome the lessons they convey. I will stop struggling. I let go and know that God will always give me that which is most appropriate for my soul.

Be true to yourself, help others, make each day your masterpiece, make friendship a fine art, drink deeply from good books - especially the Bible, build a shelter against a rainy day, give thanks for your blessings and pray for guidance every day.

Imagine yourself as a living house. God comes in to rebuild that house. At first, perhaps, you can understand what He is doing. He is getting the drains right and stopping the leaks in the roof and so on; you knew that those jobs needed doing and so you are not surprised. But presently He starts knocking the house about in a way that hurts abominably and does not seem to make any sense. What on earth is He up to? The explanation is that He is building quite a different house from the one you thought of - throwing out a new wing here, putting on an extra floor there, running up towers, making courtyards. You thought you were being made into a decent little cottage: but He is building a palace. He intends to come and live in it Himself.

"Love yourself. So many people want other people to love them and keep them happy, When they can't even do it for themselves. The most important love you can ever receive will come from within. There isn't another love powerful enough from someone else that can replace the love you need to have for yourself. So get in the habit of walking and loving who you are. When you love "You" that means you have it to give to someone else who is deserving of your heart. But when you don't love yourself, You resemble a cup with a hole at the bottom. Nothing or no one will ever keep you filled up. And your depression and sadness will leak out everywhere you go and with every person you deal with."
